On our basketball club website, users between the ages of 8 and 18 have the ability to become a member of the club by creating a profile and purchasing a membership. Both beginners and experienced players can create a profile, which will provide access to a variety of exclusive club activities and resources. Membership allows members to participate in basketball practices, special events, tournaments, training camps, and other activities organized by the club.
For users under the age of 13, website registration and profile creation must be done by their parents or legal guardians. In case of any change in the club’s policies, members will be notified through their user profile or by email.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions by joining our basketball club implies the commitment of the member, or their parents/guardians in the case of minors, to respect the rules and guidelines of the club, as well as to participate in the activities in a responsible and respectful manner with other members and coaches. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
When you place an order, you offer to buy the products for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check the features and variants of the products, such as sizes and colors, before placing your order.
When a user places an order, Swiss Pro Hoops will send that user an email which aims to confirm the purchase and payment. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has the confirmation of his purchase and the details of the order.
We reserve the right to limit the number of units purchased by each user. Swiss Pro Hoops also reserves the right to limit sales of our products on a regional or jurisdictional basis.
Swiss Pro Hoops may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time in its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payments made for products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To join our basketball club as a member, it is necessary to purchase a membership with a monthly or yearly payment option. Once a user purchases such a membership, Swiss Pro Hoops will automatically send him/her a confirmation email, which will serve as proof of payment and the official start of the membership. If you do not receive this email, we recommend that you check your spam folder.
Memberships are based on a recurring billing system, either monthly or yearly, depending on the option selected. By purchasing a membership, you grant Swiss Pro Hoops permission to automatically renew your membership and make the corresponding periodic charges on each billing date. This date corresponds to the day on which you made your first payment and purchased the membership. On the stipulated billing date, the membership fee will be automatically charged according to the type of membership selected, and will remain active until you decide to cancel it or until it is terminated by us. It is important to cancel the membership before the next renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing period. The fee will be billed to the payment method chosen during the registration and purchase of the membership.
Renewal of memberships is automatic for an additional period unless cancellation is made prior to the next billing period. Users can cancel their membership through their account settings, in the billing section, or by sending a cancellation request through our contacts. Once cancelled, the membership may continue to be used until the end of the current billing period.
Swiss Pro Hoops reserves the right to modify or discontinue memberships at any time at its discretion. In the event that a membership is cancelled by Swiss Pro Hoops, a refund of the payment for the current billing period will be made. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
At Swiss Pro Hoops, in addition to offering our members a wide range of benefits, we also allow non-members the opportunity to book basketball practices through our website. To do so, non-club members can access our facilities and participate in practice sessions by paying a set fee for each reservation.
This option is designed to give basketball enthusiasts, who are not yet members of our club, the opportunity to experience the quality and atmosphere of our facilities and practices. Practice reservations for non-members can be made directly through our website, where available schedules, corresponding fees and any other relevant information will be detailed.
The reservation fee must be paid in full at the time of booking through the payment methods accepted on our website. This fee covers access to the facility for the specified practice time and the use of any necessary equipment provided by Swiss Pro Hoops. It is important to note that these practice sessions are subject to availability and may vary in times and frequency.
Non-member users must comply with all club rules and regulations during their stay in our facilities, including, but not limited to, respect for staff, other players and the facilities. Swiss Pro Hoops reserves the right to refuse access or expel any individual who does not comply with these rules.
Furthermore, Swiss Pro Hoops is not responsible for injury, damage or loss of personal property that may occur during the use of our facilities by non-member users. It is recommended that all participants have adequate insurance to cover any eventuality during their practice.
This non-member booking option offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in basketball to experience first-hand the quality of training and facilities that Swiss Pro Hoops offers, encouraging them to consider becoming full-time members of our club.
Products and memberships will be paid by the following payment methods:
In the case of products, the user must pay the price of the product stipulated in the order before the product is shipped to the buyer. Payment will be charged to the payment method selected by the user immediately after placing the order for the product(s) purchased.
In the case of memberships, payment for the membership will be charged to the user’s credit or debit card upon completion of the payment process and registration of the membership. The membership will be activated upon completion of the payment and registration process and will be charged on each billing date automatically.
In the case of basketball practice bookings, the user must make the corresponding payment at the time of booking and schedule the corresponding practice.
Once any transaction within the website has been processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the user’s email address. If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact details or you can make the claim through the relevant payment processor’s customer service.
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.
If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed.
Your payment information will be treated and stored with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of memberships, products and basketball practice bookings. Swiss Pro Hoops reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market.
As part of the activities and practices organized by Swiss Pro Hoops, including both club members and non-member participants in our sessions, we reserve the right to capture and publish content, such as videos of basketball practices, on our website and on our social networks. By registering as a member, or by participating in any of our activities, users give their consent for Swiss Pro Hoops to use and publish such images and videos where they may appear.
This content is intended to promote and share the positive and educational aspects of our activities, including the progress and participation of our members and participants in the various practices and events. In addition, posted material may be used for promotional, educational or entertainment purposes by Swiss Pro Hoops.
